They say that old habits die hard, but there’s also those who say you can break a habit in about 30 days. When it comes to beauty habits, most of us mujeres have a regimen in place. But the question remains whether or not those are healthy for us and our skin.

From touching your face too frequently to not using the right facial cleanser, these bad beauty habits can lead to clogged pores, breakouts and manchas.
